At Poland-hosted championship, the freestyle wrestler beat German, Georgian contenders, and lost to Russia’s Alexander Rassadin. With Rassadin having made it to the finals, Grigoryan was given a right to fight for bronze, which he gained after a victory over a Moldavian wrestler.
