  ARMENIA WORKS FOR MORE ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN NATO PROGRAMS, ROBERT KOCHARIAN STATEDNovember 5, 2004 - 23:01 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Today Armenian President Robert Kocharian received NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer. As reported by the Press Service of the Armenian leader, in the course of the meeting Robert Kocharian noted, "Armenia has its representative in the NATO and tries to have more active participation in a range of programs." The parties also touched upon the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. On the occasion Robert Kocharian presented in detail Armenia's approaches to the problem.
