The album is Dylan's first collection of new material since 2009's "Together Through Life" ("Christmas in the Heart," a collection of hymns, carols and other traditional Christmas songs, was also released that year) and will coincide with the 50th Anniversary of the music legend's self-titled debut album, which was released in 1962. "Tempest" comprises 10 new Dylan songs and is currently available for pre-order on iTunes. The "Blowin' in the Wind" singer, 71, received the Presidential Medal of Freedom earlier this year.
