PanARMENIAN.Net - His Holiness Aram I, Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia has addressed a message to the President of Nagorno Karabakh, Bako Sahakyan, to congratulate him on reelection.

His Holiness commended Mr. Sahakyan for his achievements during his past term in office, including the structural reorganization, economic growth and his advocacy on international and local levels for the self-determination of the people of Nagorno Karabakh.
