  Syrian Counselor completes diplomatic mission in Armenia July 31, 2012 - 16:53 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Syrian embassy in Armenia issued a formal note to inform that Counselor Mhd. Hosam Hafez completes diplomatic mission in the republic, Foreign Ministry's spokesman Tigran Balayan told PanARMENIAN. Earlier, rumors circulated suggesting Syrian diplomat had come over to Syrian opposition’s side. “RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs has received no official information regarding Mr. Mr. Mhd. Hosam Hafez,” Mr. Balayan stated then.   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
