Russia hopes for speedy Karabakh settlement![]() August 8, 2012 - 16:52 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Russia hopes that 2012-2013 years will see progress in Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister said. “Karabakh resolution efforts must be focused on the OSCE Minsk Group,” Grigory Karasin said in interview with “Voice of Russia.” “With both Armenia and Azerbaijan being our close partners, we take every step to approximate the conflict sides’ positions on the problem resolution,” he said. Mr. Karasin hailed Minsk Group’s efforts in helping Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders to agree on acceptable statements for future documents.
