 Paper: ex-president Kocharian buys isle in Cyprus? August 9, 2012 - 10:45 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Zhoghovurd paper, the second Armenian president Robert Kocharian has recently bought an isle in Cyprus, and now monitors water system installation works in the house.
