Reports on predicted quake in Armenia groundless – expert

PanARMENIAN.Net - No powerful earthquake will rock Armenian in the near future, National Seismic Protection Service Agency deputy head said.

Ashkhen Tovmasyan further denied Armenia’s having same seismic activity level as Iran.

“Garni, Dvin and Parakar are considered most dangerous earthquake focuses in Armenia,” Ms. Tovmasyan said, advising to avoid panic prompted by disinformation.
