As to the journalists’ remarks claiming RPA’s step determined the victory of Prosperous Armenia party candidate Samvel Balasanyan, Khosrov Harutyunyan noted Prosperous Armenia’s readiness to cooperate with RPA, despite its refusal to join the coalition. “Gyumri mayor elections represent a serious opportunity for cooperation between the two parties,” he said. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
