  Artsakh Defense Minister, OSCE rep. discuss situation at contact line August 22, 2012 - 19:52 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic Defense Minister, army commander Lieut Gen Movses Hakobyan met Wednesday, Aug 22 with Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk. According to the press office of the Artsakh defense army, the two men focused on the current situation at the contact line between the NKR and Azerbaijani armed forces.
