Armenian govt. approves requirements for digital broadcasting

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian government approved the requirements for introduction of digital broadcasting on Aug. 23.

As Deputy Minister of Transport and Communication Andranik Aleksanyan noted, the works on introduction of the system will be completed by 2015, with an expert group set up for the purpose.

In this context, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan said that experts have already set technical requirements for digitization, with the team of contractors to be selected afterwards.
