Artsakh leader hosts Armenian youth orchestra conductor![]() August 28, 2012 - 13:45 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan met Tuesday, Aug 28, with director and conductor of the State Youth Orchestra of Armenia (SYOA), Sergey Smbatyan. President Sahakyan thanked Smbatyan for the concert performed in Stepanakert in the framework of festive events dedicated to the 21st anniversary of the Artsakh Republic proclamation, noting that the orchestra was greeted by the audience with great enthusiasm. He emphasized the importance of such events for the development of culture and called for closer cooperation with the SYOA. NKR minister of culture and youth affairs Narine Aghabalyan also attended the meeting, reported the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President. Ara Aivazian said Azerbaijan continues the traditions of Turkey after seizing territories and forced Armenians out.
