Armenian FM rules out Turkey’s mediation in Karabakh settlement

PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkey cannot act as a mediator in any stage of Karabakh conflict settlement negotiations, Armenian Foreign Minister said.

As Edward Nalbandian stated during a news conference with his Argentinean counterpart Héctor Marcos Timerman, “no Turkish attempt to interfere in the settlement of conflicts between its neighboring countries has ever been successful.”
