  ARMENIAN DELEGATION TO LEAVE FOR VIENNA TO TAKE PART IN OSCE PA WINTER SESSIONFebruary 22, 2005 - 17:56 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Today the Armenian delegation headed by National Assembly Vice-Speaker Vahan Hovhannisian will leave for Vienna to take part in the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly winter session to be held February 24-25. As earlier noted by V. Hovhannisian, questions concerning Armenia or Nagorno Karabakh are not on the session agenda.
