  Ex-president Kocharian to meet MPs, oligarchs in Moscow – paper September 14, 2012 - 16:35 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Ex-president Robert Kocharian will meet a group of Armenian parliamentarians and oligarchs over the weekend in Moscow, Chorrord Inknishkhanutyn daily said. According to some rumors, domestic policy issues will be on meeting agenda, with some of the MPs to answer to Kocharian for their oversights. The ex-leader might also focus on foreign policy issues, the daily said.   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult.
