Netanyahu says he is not manufacturing crisis with Obama

PanARMENIAN.Net - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu dismissed as “completely groundless” allegations he is manufacturing a crisis with U.S. President Barack Obama just before the November 6 election to influence the outcome in favor of Republican candidate Mitt Romney, The Jerusalem Post reported.

Netanyahu said his call for the United States and the international community to set red lines for Iran was not at all connected with the U.S. political campaign.

“It has nothing to do with the American elections, because the Iranian nuclear program doesn’t care about the American political calendar,” the Prime Minister said.

Meanwhile, according to JPost, Union of Local Authorities chairman Shlomo Buhbu said Friday, Sept 14 morning that "the home front is not prepared for war."

In a letter addressed to Netanyahu, Buhbut asked for an emergency meeting over the issue.
