Two bombs kill at least 4 in Pakistan![]() September 18, 2012 - 21:11 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Pakistani police say two bombs minutes apart have ripped through a market in the country's south, killing at least four people and wounding 10 others, according to The Associated Press. Police officer Usman Asghar says the Tuesday, Sept 18, blasts also damaged several shops in the Nazim Abad neighborhood of the port city of Karachi. He says the dead and wounded had been transported to hospitals. Karachi is the capital of southern Sindh province. No one claimed responsibility, but Karachi has a history of sectarian, political and ethnic violence. Karachi has also been the scene of several bomb and gun attacks in recent years, most blamed on Pakistani Taliban, who are believed to be hiding there. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
