Iranian Armenians condemn anti-Islamic video, urge peace![]() September 19, 2012 - 21:29 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Tehran and North Iran Armenian Archdiocese Council in a statement on Wednesday, September 19 condemned production and release of the anti-Islamic video mocking the Prophet Muhammad, IRNA reported. “Production and release of the anti-Islamic video over recent days has hurt the feelings of world Muslims, especially the great Iranian people from different walks of life,” the statement said. The statement said Tehran Armenians Archdiocese Council, on behalf of the Armenian community, condemns the act. “Putting emphasis on religious commonalties and avoiding any insulting moves are the only ways that can guide mankind to the shore of peace and stability,” the statement said. ![]() ![]() The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington.
