Sargis Grigoryan noted the film’s distorting the image of Prophet Muhammad to prove his point. “The initiative pursued the goal to create an atmosphere of hostility,” the expert said. Expert Armen Petrosyan, in turn, said that the film didn’t not favor the U.S. interests. “However, U.S. President Barack Obama and his supporters managed to benefit from all this. America’s reaction may henceforth benefit Obama, who was earlier accused of lenient policy towards Muslims,” he said. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult.
