French President congratulates Armenia on Independence Day

PanARMENIAN.Net - French President François Hollande issued a congratulatory note to his Armenian counterpart Serzh Sargsyan on the occasion of 21st anniversary of independence of the Republic of Armenia.

“Dear Mr. President.

I am delighted to send best wishes to you and Armenian people on the occasion of the national holiday. Armenia may be proud of the road it passed after it gained independence, of the democratic progress and prosperity, whilst strengthening its positions in international arena.

I stand ready to continue the mission started twenty years ago, aimed at establishment of French-Armenian relations in all the fields,” the note reads.

French President welcomed Serzh Sargsyan’s determination to continue Nagorno Karabakh negotiation process.
