Armenia’s Independence Day celebrated in U.S.

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian community of the U.S. West Coast held a celebration of 21st anniversary of Armenia’s independence, with about 1000 Armenian Americans gathering in RA Consulate General in Los Angeles.

Consul General Grigor Hovhannissian congratulated Armenian Americans on 21st anniversary of independence of the Republic of Armenia, stressing Armenian Americans’ contribution to the development of homeland.

The event brought together representatives of Los Angeles and Glendale city administration, ambassadors and other high-ranking officials, according to RA MFA press service
