MARCH 17-18 OSCE PA TO DISCUSS KARABAKH CONFLICTMarch 16, 2005 - 07:36 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - March 17-18 discussions over the Nagorno Karabakh conflict will be held in Brussels, member of the Parliamentary Delegation of Azerbaijan at the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Eldar Ibrahimov reported. In his words, the respective invitation was received from the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Special Representative. The report on Nagorno Karabakh drawn by Goran Lenmarker will be submitted for discussion with participation of the parliamentarians of Azerbaijan and Armenia. «The PACE has recognized Armenia an invader country and a respective resolution was passed. We will also make efforts for it to be reflected in the G. Lenmarker report. We will demand it. The reflection of those items in the report at the OSCE annual sitting to be held in Washington in July, will facilitate the adoption of a resolution on recognition of Armenia an invader country,» E. Ibrahimov said.Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
