Artsakh President inspects reservists’ trainings![]() September 26, 2012 - 11:13 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On September 25, Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited Akna settlement to inspect the ongoing trainings with the participation of reservists liable for military service. President Sahakyan hailed the Defense Army's combat readiness as the key direction of strengthening the state's security and emphasized the importance of reservists in the process. The President was accompanied by Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan and other officials, reported the Central Information Department at Artsakh President’s Office. The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington. The CSTO budget for the current year requires adjustments due to the refusal of Yerevan to pay their share of contributions. Six total incidents have burned 19 old-growth trees. Friday night 8 trees were torched along the beautiful main entrance.
