In his speech Vladimir Konoplyov noted that friendly relations are established between the two countries. In his words, the relations have a big potential, the parties do not have political problems, and there are opportunities to develop commercial and economic cooperation. In conclusion of the meeting Artur Baghdasarian and Vladimir Konoplyov signed a joint Protocol on Cooperation.
