Stripping Oskanian of immunity won’t lead to arrest – Prosecutor General

PanARMENIAN.Net - Stripping of ex-foreign minister Vartan Oskanian of deputy immunity won’t lead to the latter’s arrest, Armenia’s Prosecutor General said.

As Aghvan Hovsepyan stated during parliament discussions on the Civilitas Foundation money laundering case, stripping of immunity won’t prevent Oskanian from continuing with parliamentary activities, but rather, promote “more thorough and objective preliminary investigation.”
