As the statement says, the organization denounces the OSCE stand. «In his statements in Yerevan the OSCE Chairman has expressed a specific stand on Nagorno Karabakh joining the talks before the end of this summer. Under the pressure and dictation of Armenians the OSCE Chairman openly supports the position of Armenia-aggressor,» the statement says. The KLO considers «inadmissible» for the OSCE Chairman, who has assumed the mission of settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, to hold such a stand. «By attracting representatives of Nagorno Karabakh Armenia tries to modify the significance of the issue, to divert the attention from its own aggressor actions», the statement says. It also notes «the need to use all means to prevent such base policy.»![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
