Agriculture key component in Artsakh economy - PresidentOctober 14, 2012 - 17:11 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On October 14, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan accompanied by high-ranking officials visited a trade fair timed to the Agriculture Worker's Day in capital Stepanakert. On the same day, a festive event took place at the presidential residence, where Karabakh leader handed in state awards to representatives of the sector of agriculture. In his speech Bako Sahakyan noted that agriculture had been and would always remain among the key components of the republic's socioeconomic development. According to President Sahakyan, to solve the issues existing in the sphere and ensure stable rates of development, strong will, compassionate attitude and painstaking work is a must. Bako Sahakyan stressed that the outlined programs would undoubtedly be realized with all required conditions present.
