Armenian-Bulgarian relations and inter-parliamentary cooperation were in the focus of the discussion. The Armenian envoy briefed the Bulgarian official on the latest developments in the Nagorno Karabakh process and the release of Azerbaijani axe-killer Ramil Safarov. The parties further underscored the role of Bulgarian Armenian community in the country’s development and strengthening of bilateral ties, RA MFA press service reported. The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington.
