Tumo Center for Creative Technologies may open in NKR![]() October 19, 2012 - 13:41 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan met Thursday, Oct 18, with American-Armenian philanthropists Sam and Sylva Simonians to discuss a possibility of establishing Tumo Center for Creative Technologies in Stepanakert. According to President Sahakyan, the existence of such a center will be among the investments into the intellectual field, which will give a serious impetus to the development of information technologies in the republic and capabilities of the younger generation. The project could also help strengthen ties with the Diaspora, according to him.
