 RPA rep. deems Ruben Hayrapetyan’s case persecution October 26, 2012 - 17:22 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Along with other Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) representatives, RPA parliamentary group member Manvel Badeyan believes the ex-MP Ruben Hayrapetyan’s case to be a political persecution. “Former foreign minister Vartan Oskanian’s case is viewed in the legal framework, with no persecution observed again him, unlike Ruben Hayrapetyan,” Manvel Badeyan said. Armenian National Congress (ANC) member Gurgen Yeghiazaryan, in turn, noted it “ridiculous to hear about RPA representatives’ persecution, given Armenia’s non-democratic regime.”   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
