The credit rating agency said it is reviewing for possible downgrade the long-term debt and deposit ratings of the banks' U.S. subsidiaries. U.S.-traded shares of Toronto-Dominion Bank fell 49 cents to close at $81.32; Bank of Montreal shares were unchanged at $59.92. Yerevan has dismissed Turkey’s demand to shut down the Armenian nuclear power plant as “inappropriate”. Armenia will loan 2.9 billion drams to Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh), according to a draft government decision. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan has “strongly condemned” Armenia’s decision.
