ANC activist to be fined for hooliganism

PanARMENIAN.Net - By the decision of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts, Armenian National Congress (ANC) activist Vardges Gaspari will be fined AMD 30 thous.

The activist was charged under the Article 258 of the RA Criminal Code (hooliganism).

Vardges Gaspari violated the public order on October 20, 2011, bawling and swearing outside the government building. Gaspari and his lawyer plan to file an appeal against the court’s decision.
