Armenia, Iran ready to deepen cooperation

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan held a telephone conversation with his Iranian counterpart Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, IRNA reported.

President Sargsyan highly assessed the recent 11th meeting of Armenian-Iranian intergovernmental commission, stressing that such events contribute to deepening of bilateral ties.

Iranian President, in turn, noted that Armenian-Iranian intergovernmental commission meeting reaffirms the friendly ties between the two countries, with Yerevan and Tehran ready to deepen bilateral cooperation.
