According to the Orchestra’s press service, the concert will be held under the auspices of First Lady of Armenia Rita Sargsyan, with the proceeds to be directed to “Present Life” charity fund. Prominent Armenian opera singer Araks Mansuryan, who was also Bel’s teacher, will be the special guest of the event. “I teach Komitas to all of my students. Lisa loves Komitas,” Mansuryan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. The concert will feature compositions by Komitas, Puccini, Mozart, Dvořák, Delibes, Rossini, Porpora, Bellini and Kanachian.
