  Ex-PM refuses to comment on ANC member’s remarks November 2, 2012 - 17:02 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Former prime minister, Armenian National Congress (ANC) parliamentary group member Hrant Bagratyan has refused to comment on other politicians’ statements. “First I don’t comment on politicians’ remarks; second I never speak about a political force that declared itself opposition,” he told a news conference, when asked to comment on ANC member David Shahnazaryan’s statement, claiming the bloc ceased existence as a separate force. Mr. Bagratyan further noted that it’s beyond his principles to comment on the remarks “that slam even his activity.”   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
