  Armenian parliament speaker: constitutional referendum possible November 2, 2012 - 20:43 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - No official discussion on agreement between the ruling Republican Party Armenia (RPA) and Prosperous Armenia has been held, Parliament Speaker said. “I would like Prosperous Armenia to back Serzh Sargsyan at the upcoming presidential elections,”Hovik Abrahamyan said, deeming conduction of a constitutional referendum possible, along with the presidential race. Dwelling on the upcoming elections, the parliament speaker said, “We have our own candidate-Serzh Sargsyan. The race has already kicked off, and we will nominate our candidate at RPA’s December 15 congress. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
