Chocolate Festival celebrated in Paris

PanARMENIAN.Net - More than 400 chocolate producers from regions across the world are attending the International Festival of Chocolate which opened in Paris, Voice of Russia reported.

The participants demonstrate their exceptional chocolate-making skills right before the eyes of the visitors.

They show how to knead, boil, pour chocolate mixture into various molds and decorate chocolate dainties. Chocolate of different colors is shaped into crowns, wigs, corsets, wings, samurai armor and head-bands.

According to scientists, chocolate strengthens the cardiovascular system, prevents tooth decay and has a beneficial effect on mental abilities.
