As Armen Rustamyan told a news conference in Yerevan, ARFD doesn’t aim to back a specific presidential candidate, instead, offering to change the rules of game. Rustamyan mentioned Dashnaktsutyun’s plan of actions, suggesting discussion of current issues in Armenia to find a way out of the crisis.
