Famed American conductor arrives in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - World famous conductor and composer Lorin Maazel has arrived in Yerevan, PanARMENIAN.Net correspondent reports from Zvartnots airport.

Tomorrow, November 9, he will be conducting the concert by world’s top-ranked Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra at Yerevan’s Aram Khachaturian concert hall.

“I’m happy to have received the invitation to perform in Armenia. We performed in Amsterdam yesterday and are ready for tomorrow’s concert in Yerevan,” Maazel said.
