  Expert: only Prosperous Armenia candidate can rival current leader November 13, 2012 - 13:27 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The political forces are currently engaged in negotiations in search of candidates, Caucasus Institute Deputy Director said. As Sergey Minasyan told a press conference, all forces are seeking to exert influence on the political processes. “Serzh Sargsyan will have a strong rival, if Prosperous Armenia resolves to back another candidate, be it party leader Gagik Tsarukyan or ex-minister Vartan Oskanian,” the expert said, deeming current president favorite for presidency. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
