  Physicians to verify if Azeri border-crosser deaf and dumb  November 13, 2012 - 18:27 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Azeri citizen Telman Aliyev, who crossed a border to Armenia, is being questioned by law enforcement officers, Defense Ministry spokesman Artsrun Hovhannesyan told PanARMENIAN.Net As Azeri media reported earlier, Aliyev, born in 1972, went missing on the Azerbaijani-Armenian border when grazing cattle. “Aliyev is deaf and dumb. He lost his way in the fog and crossed the border,” the media said. According to Hovhannesyan, Red Cross physicians must examine Aliyev to verify his condition. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
