NKR hails Uruguay’s balanced policy in int’l recognition of ArtsakhNovember 14, 2012 - 13:44 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan met Tuesday, Nov 13, with the Uruguayan delegation lead by President of the House of Representatives, Mr. Jorge Orrico, to discuss development of bilateral relations. President Sahakyan stressed similarities in history and state building philosophy between the friendly countries of Artsakh and Uruguay, hoping for them to promote further cooperation. He hailed Uruguay’s significant contribution to the international recognition of the Armenian Genocide, the country’s balanced policy in acknowledgement of Artsakh Republic and Karabakh conflict settlement.
