Yet another Azeri solider blown up by mine![]() November 14, 2012 - 15:11 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - An Azerbaijani army soldier has been blown up by a mine, Azeri media reported citing the country’s Defense Ministry press service. The incident occurred at the line of contact between Azeri and Artsakh armed forces, near the village of Gharakhanbeili. The soldier, Mahit Tahiroglu Zarbiyev, 19, was taken to a hospital, his condition reported as stable. The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington. The CSTO budget for the current year requires adjustments due to the refusal of Yerevan to pay their share of contributions. Six total incidents have burned 19 old-growth trees. Friday night 8 trees were torched along the beautiful main entrance.
