Paper: new cases of anthrax reported in Armenia![]() November 21, 2012 - 12:30 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Hraparak paper, Agriculture Ministry’s State Food Security Service has revealed new cases of anthrax in Armenia’s Akunk village, towns of Hrazdan and Zovuni. “Quarantine has been imposed in Akunk village. Four citizens have been hospitalized, with anthrax bacteria found in the laboratory analyses. The patients’ condition is reported as stable,” the paper says. ![]() ![]() As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
