SamMobile claims that users in France have acquired the update over-the-air, suggesting a roll-out across the rest of the continent is imminent. The news follows reports that owners of the larger Galaxy Note 10.1 in Germany have started to pick up the upgrade, just weeks after it was released for Galaxy 3 smartphone users across Europe.
