  Expert: talk on shift to parliamentary govt. aims to unite opposition November 24, 2012 - 18:00 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Discussions on shift to parliamentary system of government aim to unite the opposition forces seeking for radical changes in the country, Armenian political expert said. Levon Shirinyan stressed the need for the opposition candidate to discontinue parliament’s activity, once he is elected. Dwelling on the possible post-election developments, the expert forecast no radical changes. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
