ANDRANIK MARGARIAN: BTC WILL UPSET POWER BALANCE IN SOUTH CAUCASUS

PanARMENIAN.Net - The opening of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline will upset the balance of power in the South Caucasus, Armenian Prime Minister Andranik Margarian told journalists Wednesday, reported Interfax. «Armenia has to find alternative ways to restore the regional balance of power,» the Armenian PM stated. In his words, «an alternative to the BTC can be the Iran-Armenia gas pipeline, via which the Armenian party can transport gas to Europe via Georgia in the future.»
