NKR FM: NO CERTAIN OUTCOME IN KOCHARIAN-ALIYEV MEETING

PanARMENIAN.Net - The meeting of Armenian and Azeri Presidents has attracted rather much interest, Nagorno Karabakh Foreign Minister Arman Melikian stated. "As of the outcomes of the meeting, no certain visible result is registered. The OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs consider one can speak of progress and the FMs should continue working meetings…, however what the progress lies in is unknown yet," he noted. "In any case, we should clearly realize that any development referring to the Nagorno Karabakh problem cannot made a reality without agreement and participation of the Karabakh people, without being discussed with the NKR authorities. From this point of view we should not worry, waiting for the visible outcomes of the process. They are not available yet. There are merely mutual optimistic statements. And if these are grounded, it is not so bad," Arman Melikian added, Regnum news agency reported.
