New Times party leader to decide on presidency alone

PanARMENIAN.Net - New Times party held a meeting on December 1, with leader Aram Karapetyan presenting the political and social aspects of the party’s participation format in the upcoming presidential elections.

“The majority of those present at the meeting noted it impossible for the elections to make any real change, given the illegalities in the country and the pre-revolutionary mood,” the party’s press service reported.

The meeting unanimously suggested Mr. Karapetyan should decide on presidency by himself, considering the oncoming political developments.
