  MPs unaware of 2013 draft budget contents - paper December 5, 2012 - 13:44 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Zhamanak daily, the Tuesday, December 4 parliamentary discussions on a 2013 draft budget were held in a semi-empty hall, with some of MPs not taking trouble to familiarize themselves with distributed copies of the document. “The many-volumed copies were left lying around on MPs’ desks, especially on those of the members of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia,” the daily said.
